SHIPPING & PAYMENTS

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive your order with an expected Delivery Time 7-10 Days. (Expected Saturday and Sunday).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.

Timely delivery is subject to weather conditions, political disturbances, and other unforeseen situations.

We deliver all over Pakistan by mutually decided shipping option or through courier Leopard, TCS and M&P etc.

We do not cater international orders at the moment. All our international customers do not need to be dejected as we are working on starting international deliveries soon.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes at this time. It is important for us to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner and our courier partners cannot confirm delivery to us if the recipient is a PO box.

Normal delivery charges for Karachi Rs. 50/- and all over Pakistan Rs. 100/- for one item.

Delivery charges free for Karachi for orders amount above RKR. Rs. 2,999/- and rest all over Pakistan for orders above PKR. Rs. 5,999/-

Once your order is received it immediately goes into our processing queue and cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order selections and quantities carefully during checkout.

We offer Cash on Delivery and we also accept various payment methods for your ease and convenience such as easypaisa, jazz cash, debit/ credit card, bank transfer etc.

We fully understand how important security is to you. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to encrypt your information. Please be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely. 

Once an order has been placed, we cannot change or redirect the shipping address. 

If you chose to have an item delivered, we’ll send a Delivery notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Timely delivery is subject to availability of stock, courier load, weather conditions, political disturbances, and other unforeseen situations. However, we try our best to provide all necessary support in case an order is delayed by any unforeseen circumstances.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene purposes and the safety of our customers. If you receive a damaged item please contact us and we will replace it at no charge.

Glowganic reserves the right to cancel orders for any reasons of the following reasons:

  • Articles Out-Of-Stock
  • Pricing Difference
  • Shipping Cost Difference
  • Technical Error

In case you wish to cancel your order, which has already been shipped, the refund shall be initiated after we receive the shipped products back and verify the condition of the products.

  • If you wish to return a product without any specific reason, delivery charges for the return will not be refunded by Chase Value.

 

  • If a product is delivered wrong, size issue from company end or any other issue occurred from Chase Value end. Customer will be reimbursed for the delivery charges.

Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

In the interest of safety and hygiene, we trash all returned items. Please keep that in mind when you make your returns, as we are an indie business!

A product can only be returned or exchanged if it was found defective/ damaged upon receipt. We will facilitate you with the exchange or in case where the product delivered was not as per your specifications or damaged. You can contact our customer service through email by attaching the photographic evidence of the product received, picture of the invoice, or call and inform us about your order ID.

The complaint escalation period is only within a day that is 24 hours after the product is received by the customer. No complain after the stated time frame will be facilitated.

The products can be exchanged or returned within 5 days post-delivery, only if the delivered products are defective or damaged. The returns shall not be accepted in the following cases:

Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse

Product is used or altered by customer

If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery

In case of a return or cancellation, the refund shall be initiated post the product is delivered back to us and the quality of the products returned are verified by us.

Prepaid orders – The amount shall be credited to your account through which the payment was done. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cash on Delivery – The amount will be transferred to account (easypaisa, jazzcash etc) or bank account as per your details shared with us.

Refund will be initiated once the request is processed and in case you’re still contacted for delivery, please refuse the delivery.
